These things are GREAT! just drop a seed in the hole and let them go. I don't add any water (they are premoistened) When I get my first set of true leaves, I simply take the wholr thing over to the hydro unit and pack it in with media. (I have used these with rockwool and hydroton with equal success.

Plants growen for the same seed pack, some in rapid rooters some in other media ALWAYS give me better growth and stronger plants for the one started in rapid rooters.

These are a MUST for anyone starting from seed!
