SALES TAX:
All orders in Michigan are subject to a sales tax; currently 6%. All other orders DO NOT PAY SALES TAX.

SHIPPING:
We ship UPS Ground.  We provide same day shipping on most items, but delivery will may be affected by the carrier.  All shipments are fully insured.  Estimated shipping charges will be applied in the shopping cart when you place an order.

MICHIGAN SHIPPING:
If your order is shipping to an address within the state of Michigan, then HydroHarrys will ship your order for FREE! During checkout use the coupon code "LAKES" and the shipping will be free. Additional shipping charges for oversized items may still apply.

FASTER SHIPPING:
UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air delivery service is available on some items - your choice!  Estimated shipping charges can be found after adding items to your shopping cart.

OVERSIZED ITEMS:
Additional shipping charges may be assessed for the following items either based on weight, size, or if multiple packages are required. If extra shipping is required we will contact you via email for approval. ITEMS: Grow Light Systems, Reflectors, Soil, Growing Media, Hydroponic Systems, Filters, Nutrients (10-Liter size or above).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For shipping charges outside of the United States please email us at customer_service@hydroharrys.com. We will give shipping charges to you via email and request your approval prior to shipment. HydroHarrys is not responsible for any duties/taxes/surcharges that may be assessed to your shipment when crossing international borders. Please contact your customs service for specifics.

SHORTAGES:
Please let us of know of any shortage within three (3) business days of receiving merchandise.

DAMAGES:
If any damages have occurred during shipping, call HydroHarrys immediately (248-541-0099). We then will issue a return of goods authorization number and contact UPS for package pickup. After the return of the damaged merchandise, we will ship a replacement.

RETURNS:
Sorry, HydroHarrys does not give cash refunds. New and unused merchandise (with the original receipt, packing material and all instructions) must be returned within fifteen business days for store credit. Please remember HydroHarrys cannot process credit for any items that have been used. Before returning merchandise, please contact HydroHarrys for a Return of Goods Authorization number. We cannot accept any returns without this number. If the merchandise is defective, please call for a return number. Include a letter why you believe the item is defective, put the RA number on the outside of the box, make sure to insure the item, (we cannot issue store credit or send a replacement if the item arrives to us damaged), and return it to us. If the merchandise is found to be defective, HydroHarrys will credit the shipping and send you a replacement. Call us first. If you are returning or exchanging any items for any other reason than a defect, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, HydroHarrys will gladly grant you a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, provided that the product returned is accompanied by the store receipt, in the original box with all the  instructions and is returned within 15 days. Under NO circumstances will HydroHarrys accept any returns of products that have been used.

HOW TO PAY:
Hydroharrys accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.  And, of course, Harry's accepts CA$H in our retail stores.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
We ship orders only to the credit card billing address. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, we are unable to ship your order. This is for your protection against credit card fraud. Please include an e-mail address or a daytime phone number so we can reach you if there is a problem. For all types of credit cards, we verify cardholder name and address info with the card issuing bank. In case of credit card fraud, HydroHarrys will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Credit card sales are subject to HydroHarrys approval.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Hydroharrys will place a special order for you. If you don't see what you need in our product listing - call us. Special orders must be prepaid, and no returns are accepted on any special order item. Don't ask.

PRICES AND INVENTORY:
Can change at any time.  Prices displayed online may differ from those in-store.  Please call us to get a current price.

GUARANTY AND WARRANTY:
Any Hydroponic System comes with a warranty from the manufacturer, as do all other products we carry. Sorry, none of our products come with a guarantee of success, expressed or implied.

LEGAL:
HydroHarrys pays all it's taxes and abides by all the laws. Any customer who makes any reference or inquiry about using our equipment for illegal activities will not be sold any product nor or forever.
